I'm very disappointed that they brought back smoking.
half the time the players card reader does not work- poor maintenance and allowing people to beat up the machines, security doesn’t care, they see that and say anything, also lines at voucher machines- you think security or attendants would report it, but even after tolerating all that, i can’t overstate or tolerate how they rip off people on pay-out, ,no way is it close to 91/92%, someone should investigate, are we paying for baileys renovations…. during these recent years I have TOLERATED the smell, the smoke, people eating at machines, lack of servers on the floor, people banging and punching the machines while IM PLAYING on the other side trying to relax, security does nothing about that, then there is obvious hookers walking around, problems w/players taking up 3 or 4 machines at a time- is common place and acceptable casino practice,, lack of perks - it’s a joke, I was always high limit 100 club, perk system seems to be arbitrary.
I’ve been going to Twin River since it was a dog track, I final gave up this month 2022 and will choose elsewhere.
